Lesley-Ann Brandt was born in Cape Town in South Africa on December 2, 1981. She is a model and actress popular for her work on screen and television. Beginning her acting career with the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came in the form of her second role, playing Naevia in the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared in numerous television series during the past 10 years which included Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt portrays the role of Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy series Lucifer, which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born and lived in Cape Town South Africa and eventually moved in Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. The actress began her career as a model, appearing in ads and commercials. Before she became a renowned model, Brandt worked as the retail salesperson, as well as consultant in the field of recruitment for the information technology industry. She played Leilani Fa'auigaese in the New Zealand TV sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. In 2021, she was in Spartacus Blood and Sand as the slave girl Naevia.
